Job Details
- ถอดแบบ/คํานวณปริมาณงาน/คํานวณ วัสดุ แรงงาน และอุปกรณ์ที่จําเป็นทั้งหมด
- ประมาณราคางานโครงสร้าง งานสถาปัตยกรรม
- ประเมินต้นทุนรวมของโครงการ โดยอิงจากปริมาณงานที่ถอดได้ ราคาวัสดุและค่าแรงปัจจุบัน
- จัดทํา BOQ เพื่อควบคุมงบประมาณโครงการ ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในระหว่างการก่อสร้าง และเปรียบเทียบกับงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้งบบานปลาย
- ตรวจสอบปริมาณงาน และสเปควัสดุให้ถูกต้องตามแบบ
- ตรวจสอบ และวิเคราะห์ ความแตกต่างระหว่าง Shop Drawing และ As-built Drawing
- ตรวจสอบ และประเมินราคา งานเพิ่ม-งานลด ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการก่อสร้าง ตามความเป็นจริง ของไซต์งาน เพื่อเสนอต่อลูกค้า
- วางแผนงาน จัดทํา Cost Control เพื่อควบคุมต้นทุนค่าแรง ค่าวัสดุ และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ
- เข้าร่วมสํารวจหน้างาน เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลประกอบการเสนอราคา
- วิเคราะห์ผลงานที่ทําเสร็จแล้วเพื่อจัดการการเบิกจ่ายกับผู้รับเหมา อัพเดทความก้าวหน้าของงาน เพื่อรายงานต่อ ผู้จัดการโครงการ
- คาดการณ์ความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในโครงการ
- ดูแลงานมากกว่า 1 โครงการได้ ในช่วงเวลาเดียวกัน
- ประสานงานกับทีมโครงการ และฝ่ายต่างๆ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายและที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Applicant Qualifications
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 25-40 ปี
- จบการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาโยธา ก่อสร้างหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การประมาณราคางานก่อสร้าง อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (ในโครงการก่อสร้างเท่านั้น)
- มีความชํานาญการใช้โปรแกรม เช่น Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, PDF และโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการคํานวณ และประมาณราคาได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทํางานภายใต้ความกดดัน ในสภาวะเร่งด่วนได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง กระตือรือล้น ทํางานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- ทํางานตรงต่อเวลา ทํางานเป็นทีม ร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- สามารถเดินทาง หรือประจําไซต์งาน ต่างจังหวัดได้
- สามารถโยกย้ายไซต์งานตามที่บริษัทกําหนดได้
- สามารถขับขี่รถยนต์ และมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่

Job Details
- Coordinate with QC and design departments to follow up on progress and expedite the work to meet the project schedule
- Collect project data to present to supervisors
- Create construction plans and coordinate construction data
- Responsible for coordinating and reviewing documents
- Manage various costs in project operations
- Remove material quantities, prepare BOQ, check prices, add-reduce work and other related work
- Prepare documents for disbursement of work installments and request approval of construction materials
- Follow up, control plans, solve problems, and present solutions to executives

Applicant Qualifications
- Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related fields
- Age between 26 - 35 years
- Highly responsible, meticulous, enthusiastic and ready to learn
- Have good communication, coordination and problem solving skills
- Able to use AUTO CAD or other related programs well
- Have skills in construction supervision and reading construction plans
- Those with 5-10 years of experience will be given special consideration
- Able to travel or work at work sites in other provinces
- Those with experience working in construction companies in the fields of factories and warehouses will be given special consideration
