Job Details
- Prepare a drawing/quantify the work/calculate all necessary materials, labor, and equipment.
- Estimate the cost of structural and architectural work.
- Estimate the total cost of the project based on the amount of removable work, current material prices, and labor costs.
- Prepare a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to control project budgets, track and analyze actual expenses incurred during construction, and compare them to the allocated budget to prevent cost overruns.
- Verify that the quantity of work and material specifications are correct according to the design.
- Examine and analyze the differences between Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings.
- Inspect and assess the cost of any additions or deductions made during construction, based on the actual site conditions, in order to provide a proposal to the client.
- Plan and implement cost control measures to manage labor costs, material costs, and other expenses related to the project.
- Participate in a site survey to gather information for a bid.
- Analyze completed work to manage payments with contractors and update project progress for reporting to the Project Manager.
- Anticipate potential risks in the project.
- Able to manage more than one project at the same time.
- Coordinate with the project team and various departments.
- Other assigned and related tasks.
Applicant Qualifications
- Male or female, age 25-40 years.
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation (in construction projects only).
- Proficient in using programs such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, PDF, and related software.
- They have excellent skills in calculation and cost estimation.
- Able to work under pressure and in urgent situations.
- Highly responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work well with others.
- Punctual, a team player, and able to work well with others.
- Able to travel or work on site in other provinces.
- Work sites can be relocated as specified by the company.
- Can drive and have a driver's license.

Job Details
- Coordinate with QC and design departments to follow up on progress and expedite the work to meet the project schedule
- Collect project data to present to supervisors
- Create construction plans and coordinate construction data
- Responsible for coordinating and reviewing documents
- Manage various costs in project operations
- Remove material quantities, prepare BOQ, check prices, add-reduce work and other related work
- Prepare documents for disbursement of work installments and request approval of construction materials
- Follow up, control plans, solve problems, and present solutions to executives

Applicant Qualifications
- Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related fields
