Coordinate with QC and design departments to follow up on progress and expedite the work to meet the project schedule
Collect project data to present to supervisors
Create construction plans and coordinate construction data
Responsible for coordinating and reviewing documents
Manage various costs in project operations
Remove material quantities, prepare BOQ, check prices, add-reduce work and other related work
Prepare documents for disbursement of work installments and request approval of construction materials
Follow up, control plans, solve problems, and present solutions to executives
Other duties as assigned

Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related fields
Age between 26 - 35 years
Highly responsible, meticulous, enthusiastic and ready to learn
Have good communication, coordination and problem solving skills
Able to use AUTO CAD or other related programs well
Have skills in construction supervision and reading construction plans
Those with 5-10 years of experience will be given special consideration
Able to travel or work at work sites in other provinces
Those with experience working in construction companies in the fields of factories and warehouses will be given special consideration
